About

Lila R.R., more commonly known as "ElementStar" or "Ele", is an artist who primarily works digitally. They began working digitally in 2012 with a mouse and trackpad, moving to tablets in 2013. Ever since, Ele has been invested in exploring the digital medium and learning new techniques. Ele incorporates much of her upbringing and personal experiences into her artwork and storytelling, aiming to share their own perspective as an LGBTQA+ Ashkenazi artist.

Element works with anthro/furry and humanoid body forms primarily, but enjoys drawing a wide assortment of characters and concepts. Outside of commission work, her own artistic themes lean into dark fantasy, high fantasy, gothic romanticism, and horror.

Element's current mascot is her fursona, Eliza. Eliza is Element's personal representation and is the main character decorating their active pages. Eliza has their own story and concept in development, which is available for reading in Element's Toyhou.se.

✧ General ✧

✦ I accept payment before work will be started. Payment plans may be discussed beforehand but are not guaranteed. I will not accept plans for total prices below $100.✦ I reserve the right to cancel commissions. If refunded before the work is started, it will be refunded in full. Refunds will be calculated based on the total work completed.✦ Credit for my work must be maintained. This can be through tagging or linking one of my associated pages when posting, reblogging, etc. My art can be posted to personal galleries in a limited capacity, including: character gallery uploads on Toyhou.se, art uploads on twitter/instagram. Credit is non-negotiable for my artwork.✦ Anyone found purposefully miscrediting my work or taking credit for themself will be blacklisted. If you are unsure if I drew something or credit was not given to you by another user (ex: during a character purchase) you are welcome to ask me!

✦ I reserve the right to use my artwork for personal marketing, advertising, and gallery exhibition. Characters not owned by me (with appropriate rights) will not be used in a commercial fashion, and there are additional fees if a client would like a commission to remain private.✦ Desired timelines or rush commissions must be discussed beforehand. Rush pieces (generally two weeks or less to a deadline) will have additional fees based on the size/type of the commission.✦ My art may not be edited unless given case-by-case permission by me, or it is a base for that purpose. Permission must be granted and the original works must be saved.✦ My art (including designs and free resources) is not to be used for nefarious purposes, and doing so will result in blacklisting and whatever other actions are necessary for my and my client base's comfort and safety. This means my art is not to be used for: homophobia, transphobia, lgbtqia+phobia, racism, Anti-Semitism, other such discriminatory behavior, abuse, zoophilia, or pedophilia.✦ People on my blacklist are explicitly not permitted to use my art in any capacity. They are not allowed to own or use my designs, and if a character is being transferred to them with art by me, they are not allowed to use the art in any public space.

✧ Commercial Use ✧

✦ You may not make profit off of my work without written and archived permission. Commissions are permitted to be included in character value.
- Updated costs cannot be retroactively applied- ask me if you aren’t sure what something cost.✦ Bases or similar P2U products allow limited commercial use for the following:
- Adoptable creation
- Fill-in Commissions (layer files cannot be shared unless all parties have purchased copies)
- Personal use✦ Commercial use for my art, designs, etc must be discussed case-by-case. I will not allow blanket-wide approval to or for anyone. Additional fees and contracts will be decided depending on the pieces being discussed.

✧ Designs ✧

✦ Designs made by me must retain credit. Credit to my Toyhou.se account is preferred, but the respective posting page link is okay too.✦ If a design of mine is revamped, edited, or otherwise has the original image replaced, the original copy must be saved and included with the character. If on a site like toyhou.se, you can set the image to hidden, but it must be available if ownership changes or the image is needed.✦ My design process includes the client for multiple preference checks. If you would prefer a semi-custom process, you are forfeiting the standard influence on the design. If you do not respond in a timely manner, the commission is put on hold as I await a response.✦ Designs by me may be resold for the original value. Prices cannot be raised without added artwork to the character. This rule is in line with rule 1 of Commercial Use.
- Same as rule 1 of Commercial Use, I must be asked if a price raise is intended based on my work alone. This includes vouchers (ex: Vouching a $10 design for $30 needs permission)
- Traded designs may be resold in the future. Gifted/$0 value designs are trade-only without permission.

✧ Pixels ✧

All pixels can be resized per request, free of charge. EX: 50x50 sized up to 100x100.
Some designs will need to be simplified depending on the pixel size. If you are unsure what would suit your character, contact me to discuss.

50x50 icons :: 8 USD
(+2 for shading, +3-7 for animations, no fee for light edge borders)

100x100 fullbody icons :: $15
(+5 for shading, +5 for simple animation, +15 for complex animation)

Large fullbody pixels :: $20 usd
(+5 for shading, +5 for simple animation, +10 for detailed background)If there is a specific size you want done for the pixel, please specify beforehand. Click to view the full size examples for better clarity.

Faux Game Sprites :: $12 static
(7 per frame for simple animation, 10-13 per frame for medium animation, 15 per frame for complex animation)These can be styled based on existing videogames if desired, but my default style for faux game sprites is a detailed fullbody with colored lines and a single layer of shading.

Icon :: $20
A $5 complexity fee may be added depending on the character design chosen, or if a more detailed background is wanted. Simple scenes or abstract patterns are free.

Flat Headshot :: $25

A background (any shape) is an additional $5.

Symmetrical Headshot:: $15
A $5 fee can be added for hands or shadow detailing. This option can have palettes included for free.

A simplified fullbody, drawn on smaller canvases and with less anatomical detail than my normal style. Some detail charges may be added for high complexity in design or outfit.

Monsterfy pieces exaggerate (dimmed for potential TWs) and add monstrous traits to the given character. These often include elongated teeth, enlarged horns, et cetera. Monsterfy art features high detail and a level of design customization.
